Law 675/96 and subsequent modifications

MIDAC spa will handle the information provided for purposes strictly connected with and instrumental to processing user requests, fulfilling legal obligations, preparing statistics and improving the service offered.

Pursuant to art. 2359 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, the communication of data within MIDAC spa and between its subsidiaries and associated companies is permitted without authorisation being required from the interested party.

In the context of the above-mentioned purposes, personal information is handled by manual, electronic and telecom equipment using methods that are strictly related to such purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of such information. The information is communicated via telecom to the web site through which the required services are provided.

Lastly, we advise that art. 13 of Law 675/96 and subsequent modifications gives the interested party certain specific rights. In particular, the interested party may obtain confirmation from the owner or manager as to whether or not his/her personal information exists and may ask such information to be made available to him/her in an intelligible form. The interested party may also ask to know how the information was acquired as well as the logic and methods used to processed it; or to delete, make anonymous or block any information that was processed in breach of the law and to update, modify or, if interested, make additions to it; to oppose its processing for legitimate reasons.
